David Jakle

Bio

David started his career as first assistant to legendary photographer Herb Ritts. Striking out on his own in 2001, Jakle became a regular contributor to Interview, Vogue and Vanity Fair magazines.
Two collections of Jakle's celebrity portraits for the books, Celebrity Scarves and Celebrity Scarves 2 have raised over five-hundred thousand dollars for the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
A faculty member of the New York Film Academy at Universal Studios, David is a photography instructor for the MFA Program.
David travels frequently for a variety of advertising and editorial clients. He lives in Los Angeles with his wife Jennifer and two boys Max and Mason.
